Friday’s 2A Girls Golf: Aberdeen Tops Centralia

Aberdeen got the best of Centralia on Friday, as the Bobcats earned a 93-52 win against the Tigers in an Evergreen 2A Conference girls golf match at Riverside Golf Course.
Centralia was led by Lacey Duffy with 16 points. Lydia Anderson was close behind with 13 points and Natalie Elwanger added 12 points.
Emily Meyer chipped in six points and Lilly Johnson rounded out the Tigers with five points.
Aberdeen’s Haley Farrer earned medalist honors with 21 points. Emily May finished in second with 20 points and Kate Slyter placed third with 18 points for the Bobcats.
Centralia is back on the course on Monday, playing a makeup against Rochester at Riverside.
